Professional Paving, Tarmac & Resin Bound Driveways Colchester & Surrounds

Quality Driveways Colchester

Essex Drives & Paving installs driveways in Colchester for homes across the town and surrounding areas, including Lexden, Stanway, Mile End, Highwoods, Wivenhoe and West Bergholt. We take care of everything from replacing an old driveway to turning unused front gardens into practical off-road parking.

The ground underneath matters just as much as the surface you see when the job is finished. We dig out to the depth needed for the site, put in a properly compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base and sort the levels and drainage before the new surface goes down. It is this groundwork that helps stop dips, movement and standing water later on.

There are plenty of options for driveways Colchester homeowners can choose from. We install porous resin bound driveways Colchester customers can have in a wide choice of stone colours and blends, along with block paving, printed concrete and tarmac. We also carry out tarmac surfacing in Colchester for driveways, private access roads and larger areas, as well as repairs and resurfacing where the existing base can be kept.

If you are looking at tarmacing Colchester properties, replacing an old paved drive or simply trying to work out which surface is right for your house, give us a call.

We can come out, measure the area and talk through the job before giving you a clear quote. We can also help where a new or wider dropped kerb is needed as part of the work.
